Warranty Policy

Custom & In-Stock Wheels

In the event of any potential warranty claim please email us in the first instance at info@ptcycles.co.uk informing us of your intention to return goods under warranty, providing proof of purchase.

Goods are covered by warranty in relation to manufacturing or material defect. Please note that this does not include abuse or general wear and tear. Bearing wear is not covered under warranty except where bearings are faulty. Please note that minor cosmetic defects e.g. slight colour variations, small scratches or minor inconsistency in the anodising do not affect the performance of the product and are not deemed to be warrantable defects.

Every PT Cycles wheel is built to the highest standard and should remain true, with the exception of accident damage or abuse. In the unlikely event that a wheel purchased from us loses tension during riding, which is not attributable to accidental damage or abuse, please return it to us and we will re-true it for you free of charge.

Any goods returned ‘under warranty’ will be at your own cost. If the product is found to be faulty you will be offered a repair or replacement up to the value of the original purchase.

Please ensure that any used items are clean before returning to us. On receipt of your goods we will carry out a warranty inspection & contact you within 5 working days of receipt.

If you notify us of any potential warranty claim outside of our 7 day returns period, but within the manufacturer's warranty period we will repair or replace the item(s) as stated in the manufacturer's warranty guidelines.

In some cases the manufacturer/supplier may require to see the item(s) before repair or replacement can take place. If this is the case we will inform you.

Our warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights.
